The National Information Technology Authority – Uganda (NITA-U) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with the Kola HR Portal ("the Portal"). - University letters and supporting documents for internship applications

- Communicating application outcomes and offer letters

- Improving portal functionality and user experience
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is described here without your explicit consent.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this notice, or as required by applicable Ugandan law. Application data for unsuccessful candidates is typically retained for a period of one (1) year after the recruitment process concludes, after which it is securely deleted.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data where no legal obligation requires us to retain it
- Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances
